Entry Options 2013:

All rider packages, with the exception of Entry Only, include breakfast and dinner (excluding dinner on Stage 2).  Flights are not included.

All payments will be made at the Euro Price. All sterling prices are indicative.

L'Imperial Palace Hotel.  Exceptional 4-star luxury hotel with amazing lake views and easy access to the HotChillee start/finish village and old town. A beautiful setting, located on the north shore of Lake Annecy. The top tier package.

Option A1 - Double room, Single Occupancy.  £1,840 / €2,300

Option A2 - Double room or twin room for two riders sharing.  £1,512 / €1,890 each

Option A3 - Double room, sharing with non ride partner.  £2,160 / €2,700

3-star Hotel located near the heart of the pretty old town and 5 minutes walk from the lake and HotChillee start/finish village. These studios are spacious and offer excellent facilities with a small kichenette and desk area. 

Option B2 - Twin Studio (double bed and single bed) sharing with another rider.  £1,280 / €1,600

 

3-star Hotel located close to the heart of the town center and 5 minutes walk from the HotChillee start/finish village, old town and lake.

Option C2 - Twin Room (double bed and single bed) sharing with another rider.  £1,240 / €1,550

Option C3 - Double room, sharing with non-riding partner.  £1,672 / €2,090

 

2-star Hotel in an exceptional location in the heart of the historic old town and within easy access to the HotChillee start/finish village and lake.

Option D1 - Double Room, Single Occupancy.  £1,356 / €1,695  SOLD OUT

Option D2 - Twin Room (2 single beds), sharing with another rider.  £1,160 / €1,450  SOLD OUT

Option D3 - Double Room, sharing with non ride partner.  £1,592 / €1,990  SOLD OUT

Entry Only (i.e. no accommodation or airport/hotel transfers)

If you wish to organise your own accommodation and meals this package will suit you.  You will be responsible for arranging your airport transportation, accommodation, breakfast and evening meals.  The package does include the finale celebrations and BBQ presentation and dinner on Saturday evening.  £840 / €1,050
